POP CONSUMERISM

So a branch to this plastic future consumer look i'm into is this consumer pop thing i've also been into. It still has a sense of futuristic air with bright neon colors (I'm very into that neon green) and hot pink and modern shapes but with more lucid tranquility. It's like with that post I made about the faded color blue. Fast food and airports and other places where consumerism is sharp and bright to catch our eyes is my main inspiration. It's all very cheesy and that is not a bad thing.

Fallen angels was a huge inspiration because it just screams consumer pop with it's neon sleekness with most of sets and scenes being a place of business or a station

Bjork post era was always in the back of my mind for this look. I fantasized about wearing that Chalayan jacket to the airport. The computer generated water lillies are such a perfect representation of pop technology and possibly maybe and hyperballad are such beautiful space dreamy, fuzzy neon, melancholy songs with music videos that perfectly match the sound.

fifth element vibes for sure

It's this acid zippy sleek neon thing but also with this lag of hazy tranquil dreamy lack of sleep thing. With this bright pop consumer friendly punch to industrial things that makes it so futuristic looking.
